When you fill out a contact form on the only information we collect is what you enter in the contact form.  So if the form asks for your name email address or any other personal information then that is the information sent to us through email.  We only keep the information and your email address for as long as it necessary to address your reason for contacting us.

The email addresses that are provided in the contact forms are only used to reply to you regarding the reason why you contacted us. We never sell information to any third parties for any purpose from a contact form.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
